| 摘 要： | 目的:总结成功施行泪囊鼻腔吻合术的要点及心得体会。方法:回顾分析82例87眼泪囊鼻腔吻合的临床资料,就术前准备、手术方法与术后处理进行总结分析。结果:即刻手术成功86眼,经6～18mo随访82眼无溢泪、溢脓症状,2眼1a后复发再次手术治愈,2眼有溢泪,但泪道冲洗通畅。结论:认真操作,把握要点,能够提高手术成功率。

| Abstract: | AIM: To analyze experiences of successful treatment of dacryocytorhinostomy on treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. METHODS: We analyzed the preoperative preparations, operative methods and post-operative magements of 82 cases (87 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis cured with dacryocytorhinostomy. RESULTS: The dacryoctstorhinostomy operation was successful in 86 eyes at once and in 82 eyes followed up for 6-18months. Two eyes recrudesced after 1 year and were cured with reoperation. Two eyes were still watery, but irrigation of lacrimal passages was all right. CONCLUSION: The successful rate of dacryoctstorhinostomy can be improved through proper technique and accurate operation. |
