老年脑梗塞患者心血管危险因素分析

目的 探讨老年脑梗塞的心血管危险因素.方法 选取60例脑梗塞老年患者作为观察组,同时选取50例老年非脑梗塞人群作为对照组,对两组研究对象高血压、冠心病、房颤、高脂血症及短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）史详细记录并进行比较.结果 观察组高血压史比例为83.33％,房颤史为48.33％,冠心病史为56.67％,糖尿病史为50.00％,高脂血症史为56.67％,TIA史为30.00％;对照组分别为46.00％、18.00％、32.00％、20.00％、24.00％和6.00％,两组各心血管危险因素发生率差异有统计学意义.结论 老年脑梗塞发生与高血压、房颤、冠心病、TIA史、糖尿病及血脂异常等心血管危险因素密切相关.

Cardiovascular risk factors in elderly patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the cardiovascular risk factors of cerebral infarction in elderly patients. Methods 60 cases of cerebral infarction in elderly patients were enrolled as the observation group, while non-selected 50 cases of cerebral infarction in the elderly population were enrolled as the control group. The rate of hypertension, coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation, hyperlipidemia and transient is- chemic attack （TIA） were compared between two groups of subjects. Results In observation group, the proportion of history of hypertension was 83.33%, history of atrial fibrillation was 48.33%, history of coro- nary heart disease was 56.67%, history of diabetes was 50.00%, high cholesterol history was 56.67%, TIA History was 30.00% , and in the control group they were 46.00%, 18.00%,32.00%, 20.00%,24.00% and 6.00% separately. The incidence of cardiovascular risk factors between two groups were significantly differ- ence. Conclusion The occurrence of senile cerebral infarction are closely related to hypertension, atrial fib- rillation, coronary heart disease, TIA history, diabetes and dyslipidemia.
