腓肠神经营养血管逆行筋膜蒂皮瓣修复下肢远端软组织缺损

摘    要:目的观察腓肠神经营养血管逆行筋膜蒂皮瓣修复下肢远端软组织缺损的效果。方法应用带筋膜蒂的腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣修复下肢远端软组织缺损7例。结果7例皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣最大面积14cm×11cm,术后随访6~24个月,效果满意。结论腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣血液循环丰富,皮瓣成活率高,是修复下肢远端软组织缺损的理想方法。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the value of the distally based sural nerve nutritional vascular island flaps in repair the soft tissue defect at the remote part of lower limbs. Methods:7 cases of the soft tissue defect were treated with this technique. Results: All the island flaps, of which the biggest area is 14cm×11cm, survived in clinical practice. The follow-up period is 6-24 months, and the outcome is satisfactory. Conclusion: The distally based sural nerve nutritional vascular island flap has the abundant blood supply and high success rate. It is an ideal method for repairing the soft tissue defect at the remote part of lower limbs.
