| 摘 要： | 目的:观察红蓝光联合自制中药面膜治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法:将180例寻常性痤疮患者随机分为对照组60例,治疗组120例。两组均先使用氦氖激光复合LED治疗仪治疗,治疗结束后对照组予普通市售倒模粉外敷20min,治疗组予自制中药面膜外敷30min,两组均每周治疗1次,一般需治疗3~4次。结果:治疗组有效率明显优于对照组(χ2=8.99,P0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论:红蓝光联合自制中药面膜治疗寻常性痤疮疗效好,安全性高,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of treatment of acne vulgaris by using blue and red light emitting diode （LED） phototherapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） mask.Methods Type 180 cases of common acne patients were randomly divided into control group 60 cases and the treatment group 120 cases.After the two groups were treated by he-he laser composite LED therapeutic,The control group with normal commercial reverse mould powder topical for 20 minutes,The treatment group with homemade Chinese medicine mask to apply for 30 minutes,the two groups were treated once a week,Generally require treatment 3 to 4 times.Results The effective treatment group was obviously better than the control group （x2=8.99,P 〈0.05）.And no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion The combination treatment with blue and red LED phototherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine mask is a therapeutic method which is safe and has a high curative effect,and it is worth recommending in clinic. |
