小儿唇裂手术围术期588例护理体会

目的:探讨小儿唇裂修复术围术期的护理,以缩短患儿住院率,减轻患者痛苦。方法:采用术前访视,加强护患沟通,术间环境和手术仪器和设备的准备,术中积极配合和术后随访等方法。结果:由于重视了室温的调节,手术体位的摆放,麻醉配合等及术中加强对呼吸道和生命体征的观察,缩短了手术时间,使手术全部达到预期效果,无1例发生术后并发症。结论:术前做好访视,术中重视患儿保暖,术后对患儿的细心护理,是保证手术成功的关键。

Nursing experience of 588 cases of children with cleft lip operation during perioperative period

Objective Investigate the perioperative nursing of the repair of cleft lip,to shorten the hospitalization rate and reduce the pain of the patient. Methods The preoperative interview, strengthen communication between nurses and patients, the operation environment and operation instruments preparation;the cooperate with and follow-up methods in the operation. Results Due to the importance of the temperature adjusting,placing operation posture,anesthesia cooperation and the observation of the respiratory tract and vital signs of the operation,we can shorten the operation time, all of the operations achieve the desired effect,and with no complication. Conclusion The preoperative interview,intraoperative attention in children withwarm,postoperative children with careful nursing,is the key to ensure the successful operation.
