| 超声对胆囊息肉样病变的诊断价值 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声对胆囊息肉样病变的诊断价值。方法:应用超声对60例胆囊息肉样病变进行检查,全部经手术病理证实。结果:60例胆囊息肉样病变,超声诊断符合率100%,其中胆固醇性息肉76.7%(46/60),腺瘤13.3%(8/60),炎性息肉6.7%(4/60),腺肌增生症3.3%(2/60)。结论:超声检查对胆囊息肉样病变的诊断有极为实际的临床应用价值,可作为普查胆囊疾病的重要方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of ultrasound in polypoid lesions of gallbladder.MethodSixty polypoid lesions of gallbladder were examined with ultrasound.All cases were proved by pathology after operation.ResultsPolyploid lesions of gallbladder were in 60 cases,the positive diagnostic rate of ultrasound was 100%,and that of cholesterol polyp was 76.7%(46/60),adenoma was 13.3%(8/60),inflammatory polyp was 6.7%(4/60) and adenomyomatosis was 3.3%(2/60).ConclusionUltrasound possesses actual screening... |
