血清降钙素原对成人活动性肺结核的诊断价值

目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)在成人活动性肺结核的诊断价值。方法成人活动性肺结核患者32例,测定其刚入院和用药6个月后的血清PCT含量,本院健康体检者32例,测定其血清PCT含量。结果在正常对照和抗结核药6个月后的肺结核病人血清PCT水平都处于正常水平,新诊断的肺结核病人血清PCT水平与对照组和抗结核药6个月相比都显著升高。结论血清PCT水平不是诊断活动性肺结核的可靠指标。

The Diagnostic Value of Serum Procalcitonin Levels in Adult Patients with Active Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To evaluate the predictive value of serum procalcitonin level for the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Serum PCT level were measured in thirty-two adult patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis on admission and 6 months after anti-tuberculous chemotherapy (ATCT).Thirty-two healthy adults were measured as control.Results Serum PCT levels were normal both in the control group and in patients with PTB 6 months after ATCT.Serum PCT levels had been slightly higher on admission in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in comparison with controls and patients who had ATCT.Conclusion The serum PCT level was not a reliable indicator in the diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis.
