河北省卢龙县医院2005—2006年妇科门诊病人阴道毛滴虫感染情况

目的了解医院就诊妇科病人阴道毛滴虫感染情况,为科学防治提供依据。方法采用生理盐水直接涂片法检查卢龙县医院2005—2008年妇科门诊7376例就诊病人的阴道分泌物,了解阴道毛滴虫感染情况,对检查结果进行分析。结果4年阴道毛滴虫平均感染率8.45%(623/7376);每年感染率无明显差异,但逐年递减;4年中35岁～年龄组感染率为11.78%(1491/1265),明显高于其他年龄组;40岁～感染率次之为11.49%(131/1140);但2007年35岁～年龄组感染率为11.40%(39/342),略低于40岁～年龄组感染率11.80(36/305);20岁以下年龄组感染率最低,为0.90%(2/221)。季节感染率无明显差异,11月、12月、1月份感染率高于其他月份,分别为9.15%、8.94%、9.88%。农村居民感染率(8.23%),明显高于城镇(1.17%)。结论被调查病人阴道毛滴虫感染率高于全球女性感染率(3.1%),低于国内以往同类调查水平;35～45岁为阴道毛滴虫感染高发期;季节对阴道毛滴虫感染无明显影响。

Prevalence of Trichomonas among Outpatients in Department of Gynecology in Lulong County Hospital in Hebei Province during 2005-2006
