摘    要:目的探讨辛伐他汀对不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)患者的高敏C反应蛋白及血脂的影响。方法选择70例诊断明确的不稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分成两组,在常规治疗的基础上治疗组给予辛伐他汀(浙江瑞邦药业有限公司生产)20mg,每日晚顿服,用药4周后观察治疗前后高敏C反应蛋白及血脂浓度的变化。结果使用辛伐他汀治疗后的患者血清高敏C反应蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白显著降低、高密度脂蛋白上升。结论应用辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛能有效降低高敏C反应蛋白和血脂水平,对不稳定型心绞痛患者具有多重治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of simvastatin on high sensitivity C-reactive protein and hyperlipodemia in patients with unstable angina. Methods 70 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups,including control group and simvastatin group. The control group was treated with normal therapy,whereas simvastatin group was treated with normal therapy and simvastatin. The serous high sensitivity C-reactive protein and lipid were monitored before and after treatment. Results Simvastatin could significantly decrease the level of hs-CRP, TG, TC, LDL and increase the level of HDL. Conclusion Simvastatin can decrease hs-CRP and hyperlipodemia.
