| Abstract: | Monoclonal antibody-mediated cancer therapy has evolved througha challenging chain of problems and solutions. The very limitedtherapeutic success obtained with unarmed monoclonal antibodieshas increased the interest in different antibody-based targetingstrategies, and numerous preclini- cal and even clinical studieswith immunoconjugates have now been conducted.
