| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨B超常规探头定位肾活检的价值。方法 对87例未使用穿刺探头或穿刺架，B超定位肾活检的结果进行回顾性分析。结果 肾活检成功率100％，镜下血尿73例(83．9％)，肉眼血尿3例(3.45％)，包膜下血肿1例(1．15％)。术后均无严重的并发症发生。结论 该方法具有定位准确，操作简便，成功率高，并发症少等优点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous kidney biopsy with conventional probe.Methods Eight-seven patents who underwent kidney biopsy under ultrasound without puncture probe or biopsy support were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Results The successful rate was 100 %,Microscopic hematuria was found in 73 cases(83.9%),macro-hematuria in 3 cases (3.45%),subcapsular hematoma in 1 case(1.15%).There were no severe complications after the kidney biopsy.Conclusions Ultrasound-guided kidney biopsy under conventional probe can also improve renal pathological diagnosis and be helpful to classify renal diseases and treatment.The method has the advantages in accurate localization,easy manipulation,higher successful rate and lower complications incidence. |
