| 摘 要： | 采用随机、双讯，前瞻对照的方法比较了丝裂霉素Ｃ（ＭＭＣ）和５－氟尿嘧啶对难治性青光眼小梁切除手术的安全性和有效性。３９例病人随机分成二组，一组使用ＭＭＣ，另一组使用５－Ｆｕ。结果提示：（１）ＭＭＣ组手术成功率高于５－Ｆｕ组；（２）ＭＭＣ组角膜上皮缺损发生率，结膜创口渗漏率明显低于５－Ｆｕ组。 |

| Abstract: | This paper reports the safety and effectivenss of Mitomycin C and 5 -Fluorouracil when administered after the removal of trabecula to cure difficult glaucoma,with the method of random selection of patients with blindness in both eyes. 39 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the first group of 20 eyes administered with Mitomycin C,while the second group of 19 eyes with 5-Fluorouracil. The result showed that: l.In the Mitomycin C group, the rate of success of operation is higher than the 5-fluorouracil group;2. The rate of the occurrence of epithelial lesion and the leak of trauma in the conjunctiva is lower that the 5 - Fluorouracil group. |
