局部氧疗联合百多邦软膏对留置针胶布脱敏治疗的观察

目的 探讨局部氧疗联合百多邦软膏对留置针胶布脱敏的效果观察.方法 对40例留置针胶布过敏患者随机分为对照组和治疗组.对照组20例,采用常规百多邦软膏治疗,治疗组20例在常规治疗的基础上伤口局部喷氧,每次10 ～ 15 min,每日2次.比较两组伤口愈合所需时间、治疗有效率,并作统计学分析.结果 治疗组的疗效（95％）和治愈时间（2.75±0.62）d优于对照组的疗效（55％）和治愈时间（5.34±1.08）d,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 局部氧疗联合百多邦软膏效果明显优于单纯使用百多邦软膏的治疗方法,具有见效快、治疗效果好,有较高的临床应用价值.

The clinical observation of topical oxygen therapy combined with Bactroban ointment in the treatment of indwelling needle tape allergies

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of topical oxygen therapy combined with Bactroban ointment in the treatment of indwelling needle tape allergies.Methods 40 patients with indwelling needle tape allergies were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,20 cases in each group.Control group received conventional Bactroban ointment,treatment group received topical oxygen therapy on the basis of conventional treatment,10-15 min each time,2 times a day.The wound healing time and efficacy of two groups were compared and statistically analyzed.Result The treatment effective rate and wound healing time in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group [95％ vs.55％,（2.75 ± 0.62）d vs.（5.34 ± 1.08） d,P ＜ 0.05].Conclusion Topical oxygen therapy combined with Bactroban ointment is better than simply using Bactroban ointment,with quick and good curative effect,worthy of clinical application.
