四川省疾控机构传染病报告管理现状分析

目的了解四川省疾控机构传染病报告管理现状,找出存在问题,改进工作,提高质量。方法抽取全省21个市级疾控中心,并在21个市（州）随机抽取22个县（区）疾控中心,采用检查表进行记录与评分,采用率、构成比等指标进行描述性分析。结果调查的43家市、县两级疾控机构组织健全、具有相关制度,得分率达到98.2%;传染病报告质量市级CDC明显好于县区级,得分率分别为89.14%、81.99%;各级均履行了对下级督导培训,实施了审核及监控,定期对数据进行分析。存在工作质量不高,工作经费严重不足的现象。结论四川省疾控机构传染病报告管理工作有很大的质量改善空间。

Current Status of Management of Communicable Diseases Reporting in Disease Control and Prevention Institutions of Sichuan Province

Objective To study the current status of the management of communicable diseases reporting in the diseases control and prevention institutions of Sichuan to discover the problems still remained; improve the quality of this work. Method Twenty one municipal diseases control and prevention centers were selected by stratified sampling, and 22 county diseases control and prevention centers were selected by random sampling in these 21 municipalities. Investigation forms were completed and evaluated, and descriptive analysis were conducted by using the indicators of rate and constituent ratio. Result The diseases control and prevention institutions at both municipality and county level had the well-established organizations and relative systems with the score rate of 98.2%. The quality of communicable diseases reporting at municipality level was significant higher than that at county or district level, the score rate was 89. 14% and 81.99% respectively. The diseases control and prevention institutions at all level carried out the supervision and training to lower institutions, reviews and monitoring; regular data analysis. The problems still remained were unsatisfied work quality and shortage of professional found. Conclusion The quality of management of communicable diseases reporting could be improved greatly.
