| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Vogt-小柳-原田综合征(Vogt-Koyana-gi-Harada syndrome,VKHS)荧光眼底血管造影特点。方法对16例(32眼)VKHS患者做了详细的眼部检查,并行眼底彩色照相和眼底荧光血管造影(fundus fluorescein angiography,FFA)检查。结果16例(32眼)VKHS患者中,急性期患者FFA:造影早期所有患者双眼后极部均表现为多发性散在强荧光斑点,如墨渍样扩大并彼此融合,24眼晚期呈大小不一多囊样高荧光。恢复期患者FFA:早期后极部弥慢性色素脱失,透见脉络膜荧光,显露脉络膜大血管,后期盘周着色性高荧光。结论VKHS具有选择性损害视网膜色素上皮的特点,FFA的特征性表现对该病早期诊断有重要的辅助作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the characteristics in Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome (VKHS) using fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA).Methods Sixteen cases (thirty-two eyes) of VKHS were examined with fundus fluorescein angiography.Results In 16 case (32 eyes) of VKHS, the characteristics of FFA at acute period:multiple exudation of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) appeared in two eyes of all patients in the early phase. Cystic fluorescein reservoir was observed in 24 eyes in the late phase. The characteristics of FFA at convalescence period:the early phase RPE atrophy was presented hypofluorescein and late around optic disc were hypo fluorescein.Conclusion VKHS can selective damaged RPE, FFA was an important auxiliary examination of VKHS. |
