老年妇科肿瘤患者49例手术治疗分析

目的：分析探讨60岁以上老年妇女妇科肿瘤的分布特点和手术治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析2011年2月至2012年2月期间在我院住院治疗的49例老年患者妇科手术的临床资料。结果：49例患者中,良性肿瘤38例（占77.55%）,恶性肿瘤11例（占22.45%）;良性肿瘤以卵巢良性肿瘤为主,恶性肿瘤以子宫内膜癌为主;49例患者经相应处理,全部安全度过围手术期,无一例死亡。结论：对老年患者术前应积极治疗合并症,加强围手术期的处理,减少并发症的发生。只要处理得当、在严密监护下老年人几乎可以耐受各种妇科手术。

Gynecological tumor of 49 aged women with surgical procedure

Objective： To investigate the clinical feature, prevention and cure of gynecological tumor of aged women. Methods： The clinical data of 49 patients who underwent gynecological tumor in our hospital during February 2011 and February 2012 were col- lected. Results： The incidence as follows： benign tumor in 38 cases （77.55%） and malignant tumor in 11 cases （22.45%） ; The most common benign tumor was tumor of the ovary, the most common malignant tumor was endometrial cancer. All patients had been healing with no deathand no major complication. Conclusion ： Treatment of complications and intensive operation nursing are essential to aged women for successful operations.
