| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃癌胃上部癌更为合理的手术方式.方法 对该院108例胃上部癌患者施行外科手术治疗后的1、3、5年生存率及术后并发症和死亡率进行分析比较.结果 第一年患者的生存率大致相同,3、5年患者的生存率及术后并发症及死亡率等方面存在明显差异.结论 进展期胃上部癌采用全胃切除术比近端胃大部切除术更为合适. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore more reasonable surgical treatment for proximal gastric cancer.Methods We compared and analyzed postoperative complications or death rate according to the 108 upper surgery cases after the treatment of 1,3 and 5 years.Results The survival rate was the same as in the first year,but postoperative complications and mortality were obviously different after the treatment of 3 or 5 years.Conclusion Total gastrectomy is more suitable than subtotal gastrectomy for developmental period of proximal gastric cancer. |
