护理干预模式对消化性溃疡患者复发的影响分析

目的探时采用护理干预模式预防消化性溃疡患者复发的临床效果。方法将150例经胃镜检查确诊并已治愈的消化性溃场患者随机分成对照组与观察组，每组75例，两组在住院期间均采用常规护理，观察组在出院后采用定期随防及生活行为指导方式进行干预，评价其临床效果。结果观察组的复发率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 定期随访、生活行为方式干预及改变不良生活方式是预防消化性溃疡复发的关键。

Influence analysis of nursing intervention model on patient with peptic ul- cer recurrence

Objective To explore elinical effect of nursing intervention model to prevent patient with peptic ulcer re-currence.Methods 150 eases diagnosed by endoscopy and cure of peptic ulcer patient were randomly divided into control group and observation group,75 eases in each group,two groups were given routine nursing care in the hospital,and ohscrvalion group wilh regular follow-up after discharge and life behavior guidance approach to intervention,clinical effect was evaluated.Results The recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, wilh statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Regular follow-up,life behavior intervention and change unhealthy lifeslyle is the key to prevention of peptic ulcer recurrence.
