早期康复护理对急性脑梗死患者预后的影响

目的分析早期康复护理对急性脑梗死患者预后的影响。方法选择80例急性脑梗死患者，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规内科护理，观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予早期康复护理，比较两组患者预后情况。结果观察组运动功能评分[（87．9±12．3）分]明显高于对照组[（68．1±19．4）分]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组生活质量评分[（88．7±18．3）分]显著高于对照组[（48．1±17．4）分]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论急性脑梗死患者进行早期康复护理可以明显改善患者的预后，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广。

Effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To analyze the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on the prognosis of acute cerebral in- farction. Methods 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into observation group and con- trol group. The control group was give conventional internal medicine nursing, the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing on basis of the control group. Prognosis outcomes between the two groups were compared. Results The motor score in the observation group was （87.9±12.3） scores, significantly higher than that in the control group [（68.1±19.4） scores], the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The quality of life score in the observation group [（88.7± 18.3） scores] was significantly higher than that in the control group [（48.1±17.4） scores], the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conelusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction, early rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the prognosis, improve the therapeutic effect, is worthy of clinical promotion.
