鲑鱼降钙素对绝经后骨质疏松骨代谢及相关指标的影响

摘    要:目的观察鲑鱼降钙素对患者绝经后骨质疏松(PMOP)的作用.方法将70例PMOP患者随机分成2组,降钙素组39例,鲑鱼降钙素肌注,每次50 IU,隔日1次;同时,每日加服钙尔奇-D 1片.对照组31例,每日予1片钙尔奇D,疗程均为6个月.用药前后测定腰椎L2~4及股骨近端骨密度(BMD)、血清骨钙蛋白(BGP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、尿脱氧吡啶啉/肌酐(DPD/CR)比值.结果降钙素组腰椎L24BMD上升明显,股骨近端BMD升高不明显,血清BGP、ALP、及DPD/CR比值降低(P<0.05).对照组药物治疗后无改善.结论鲑鱼降钙素能够增加PMOP患者腰椎BMD,抑制骨吸收,降低骨转换,促进骨形成.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of calcitonin on postmennopausal osteoporosis (PMOP). Methods 70 cases of PMOP patients were randomly divided into calcitonin and control groups. The 39 patients in calcitonin group were injected 50 IU calcitonin every other day and orally given caltrate with vitamin D one Tablet every day. The 31 patients of the control group took only caltrate with vitamin D one tablet every day. The duration of the treatment was 6 months. Bone mineral density(BMD), serum osteocalin (BGP), alkaline(AKP) and u-deoxypyridinoline proline to urine creatinine (DPD/CR) were detected before and after treatment.Results Average BMD from the second to the fourth lumbar with anteroposterior position in the treatment group increased significantly (P<0.01). Change in hip BMD was not significant. Serum levels of BGP AKP and urea DPD/CR decreased (P<0.05). No remarkable changes was observed the after treatment in the control group.Conclusion Alcitonin is effective in increasing BMD of lumbar vertebra in PMOP patients, decreasing bone absorption and improving bone formation.
