肾错构瘤的诊断与治疗

目的提高肾错构瘤的诊治水平。方法对我院1997—2008年以来收治的25例肾错构瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并复习相关文献。结果B超确诊缺阵率92．0％（23／25），CT确诊率95．2％（20／21）；23例中术前明确诊断；20例患者行手术治疗，其中12例行肿瘤剜出术，4例行’肾部分切除术，4例行肾切除术，术后患者恢复良好，未见肿瘤复发。5例行保守治疗。结论肾错构瘤经B超、CT、MRI等检查多可明确诊断。治疗方案应依据肿瘤大小、并发症及对肾功能的影响程度来决定，手术应尽可能保留正常肾组织。

Diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomyolipoma

Objective To raise the level of diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomyolipoma（RAML）. Methods Clinical data of 25 patients with RAML admitted in 1997 to 2008 were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed, and related references were also reviewed. Results The diagnostic rate of ultrasonography was 92.0% （23/25） , The diagnostic rate of CT was 95.2% （20/21）. 23 patients were definitely diagnosed before operation. 20 patients accepted operation, enucleation of the tumor was performed in 12 patients, partial nephrectomy in 4 patients, and total nephrectomy in 4 patients. All patients treated with operation recovered smoothly. 5 patients were treated with conservative treatment. Conclusion The majority of angiomyolipoma can be definitely diagnosed by ultrasonography, CT scanning and MRI. The treatment regimen should be depended on size of the tumor, complications, and the degree of impairment of renal function. The functional nephrones should be preserved as many as possible in operation.
