摘    要:目的对某军队医院临床送检标本中大肠埃希菌耐药现状进行分析,为指导医院对提高耐药菌治疗效果和院内感染防控工作提供依据。方法对该院2013年7-9月间所有临床送检的各类标本103份进行分离培养鉴定,对确定为大肠埃希菌的75株阳性菌进行药敏试验,检测其对临床常用20种抗生素的耐药性。结果 75株大肠埃希菌中,敏感株11株,其余均表现出了不同程度的耐药,耐药谱广,且多表现为多重耐药。其中对氨卞西林的耐药率最高,达到80%。大肠埃希菌对常用抗生素的耐药以β内酰胺类抗生素为主,对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物亚胺培南敏感率为100%。结论该院大肠埃希菌耐药问题比较严重,必须加强抗生素的使用管理,严格控制耐药菌的产生和院内感染。

Abstract:Objective To analyse the antibiotic resistant characteristics of Escherichia coli isolated from various clinical samples,so as to provide the evidence for enhancing the therapeutic effect of drug resistant E. coli infection and prevention of nosocomial infection. Methods From July to September 2013,Escherichia coli were isolated,cultured,and identified from 103 various types of clinical specimens in a military hospital. Then 75 strains of E. coli-positive bacteria were tested for drug susceptibility and resistance to 20 kinds of antibiotics commonly used in clinical. Results Among 75 strains of Escherichia coli,11 strains were drug susceptible;and the rest strains display different degree of drug or multidrug resistance;the drug resistance rate to ampicillin was the highest(80%),no strain was resistant to carbapenems such as imipenem. Conclusion The drug resistance of E. coli in the hospital was serious. Rational using antibiotics should be strengthened,so as to control the occurrence of the drug resistant bacteria and to prevent nosocomial infection.
