Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of flurbiprofen axetil for reducing pain on injection of propofol,compared with fentanyl.Methods Ninety cases of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱgrade scheduled to undergo selective operations were divided randomly into three groups to receive fentanyl 50 μg(group A),flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg(group B),or normal sodium 5 ml(group C),respectively.After injection for 60 seconds,They followed by the administration of propofol for the induction of general anesthesia.The incidence of injection pain was recorded,and the pain score was evaluated by the Ambesh system.Results The incidence and severity of pain was significantly lower in the group A and group B than that in the group C(P<0.05);The injection pain rate of group B was below group A,but the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil injection can efficiently reduce the incidence and degree of the injection pain of propofol.The effect is similar to fentanyl.
