摘    要:本文报告23例次ATP治疗PSVT的效果,总有效率56.5%,9例次高浓度快速注射者8例转复。器质性心脏病者副作用较多,1例冠心速注高浓度ATP后,发生心室颤动和阿-斯氏综合征。这一结果提示:药物浓度和注射速度是影响疗效的主要因素,PSVT伴AVB者疗效也很低;病因和药物浓度是决定副作用的因素。因此,对于器质性心脏病者,尤其冠心病人,应避免高浓度快速静脉注射ATP。

Abstract:This paper reports the results of the treatment of 23 cases of PSVT by ATP. The total effective rate was 56.5%. Expected effectiveness was achieved in 8 among 9 cases Who were treat- ed with high concentration ATP by rapid iv injection. The side-effect was more common in patients with organic heart disease. In a patient with cor- onary heart disease there occurred Ventricular fibrillation and Adams-Stokes syndrome after the rapid injection of high concentration ATP. These results indicate; drug concentration and speed of injection are essential factors of effective rate; the therapeutic effect is lower in patients with PSVT accom- pauied with AVB; etiology and drug concentration are determinant for Side- effect. Therefore, the patient with organic heart disease, especially with co- ronary heart disease Should avoid being quickly injected with high concent- ration ATP.
