足月妊娠羊水过少临床分析

目的分析足月妊娠羊水过少的临床特点。方法选取足月妊娠并发羊水过少患者130例作为观察组和足月妊娠羊水正常产妇130例作为对照组。比较2组患者妊娠并发症的发生情况及妊娠结局。结果观察组妊娠高血压、胎儿生长受限、胎位异常、脐带缠绕、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、羊水胎粪污染及剖宫产发生率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足月妊娠期羊水过少对母婴有较为严重的危害,应予以正确治疗。

Clinical analysis of full-term pregnancy with oligohydramnios

Objective To analyze the clinical feature of oligohydramnios of full-term pregnancy.Methods 130 cases patients of full-term pregnancy with oligohydramnios were regarded as observation group and 130 cases patients of full-term pregnancy with maternal amniotic fluid were regarded as control group.Compared the incidence of pregnancy complication and pregnancy outcome in two groups.Results The incidence rate of pregnancy hypertension,fetal growth restriction,fetal anomalies,cord entanglement,fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia,meconium-stained amniotic fluid,cesarean section in observation group were higher than those in control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Full-term pregnancy with oligohydramnios on maternal and child has the more serious harm,will be the correct treatment.
