摘    要:
镉、铅和砷等重金属和类金属是重要的环境污染物,金属污染物引起的氧化应激是其引起健康损害的重要毒理学机制。转录因子NF-E2相关因子2(nuclear factor E2 related factor 2,Nrf2)信号通路是细胞抗氧化应激的中枢调节者,在细胞介导的抗氧化应激防御反应中具有重要作用。本研究主要介绍了镉、铅和砷对Nrf2信号通路的作用及其机制,并综述了锌、铬、铜在毒理学作用中对Nrf2信号通路的影响。

Abstract:
Cadmium,lead,arsenic and other heavy metals and metalloids are important environmental pollutants.Oxidative stress caused by metal pollutants is an important toxicological mechanism.The studies demonstrate that Nrf2 signal pathway is a central regulator of cellular anti-oxidative stress,which plays an important role in the defense response of cell mediated antioxidative stress.This paper mainly introduced the effects and mechanisms of cadmium,lead and arsenic on Nrf2 signal pathway,and briefly summarized the effects of zinc,chromium and copper on the Nrf2 signaling pathway in the process of toxic effects.
