乌司他丁联合连续血液净化治疗毛细血管渗漏综合征的疗效观察

目的 研究乌司他丁联合连续血液净化治疗毛细血管渗漏综合征(capilary leak syndrome,CLS)的有效性.方法 选取我院2014年6月至2016年6月乌司他丁联合连续血液净化治疗的38例毛细血管渗漏综合征患者为试验组,而同时期未使用乌司他丁联合连续血液净化治疗的40例CLS患者为对照组,比较2组治疗效果.结果 治疗3d后,试验组与对照组IL-6、TNF-oα均下降,IL-10上升,2组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α、IL-10差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).治疗3d后,试验组与对照组EVLWI、PVPI均下降,2组治疗后EVLWI差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),PVPI差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 乌司他丁联合连续血液净化治疗,能降低机体的炎性反应,改善毛细血管的通透性,减轻肺水肿.

Effects of ulinastatin combined with continuous blood purification in the treatment of capillary leakage syndromes

Objective To investigate the effects of ulinastatin combined with continuous blood purification (CBP) in the treatment of capillary leakage syndromes(CLS).Methods Thirty-eight patients with CLS who received treatment with ulinastatin combined with CBP at our hospital from June,2014 to June,2016 were designated as the experimental group,while another 40 CLS patients who did not received treatment with ulinastatin combined with CBP at the same time period were assigned as the control group.Therapeutic effects were compared between the 2 groups.Results Three days after treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the experimental group all decreased,as compared with those of the control group,while the level of IL-10 increased.After treatment,there was statistical significance in the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and IL-10,when comparisons were made between the 2 groups (P ＜ 0.01).Three days after treatment,the levels of EVLWI and PVPI all decreased for both the experimental group and the control group.Obvious statistical significance could be noted in the levels of EVLWI following treatment of the 2 groups (P ＜ 0.01),and there was also statistical significance in the level of PVPI,when comparisons were made between the 2 groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with CBP could decrease inflammatory response of the body and improve capillary permeability,resulting in alleviation of pulmonary edema.
