儿童邻苯基苯酚暴露与体格指标的关系

摘    要:目的探讨儿童邻苯基苯酚(o-phenylphenol,OPP)暴露负荷及其与儿童体格指标的关系。方法于2012年7月—2013年4月调查江苏省某县439名3岁幼儿,在其父母协助下完成问卷调查和尿样采集,采用气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS-MS)检测儿童尿中OPP的含量,以广义线性回归模型分析OPP暴露的影响因素及其与体格指标关系。结果儿童尿中均有OPP检出,未校正和肌酐校正几何均值分别为1.02μg/L和2.43μg/g Cr。儿童月龄与OPP暴露呈负相关(P=0.027);经常洗手的儿童OPP暴露水平较低(P=0.039)。广义线性回归模型分析发现OPP暴露与体格指标未见统计学相关,按性别分层后,OPP暴露与男童头围呈负相关(P=0.02),与女童头围呈正相关(P=0.02)。结论该地区儿童普遍暴露于OPP,OPP暴露与体格指标关联存在性别差异。

Abstract:Objective To investigate urinary o-phenylphenol (OPP) levels and its effects on children's growth.Methods Questionnaires and spot urine samples were collected from 439 3-year-old children.Urinary OPP concentrations were measured using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS-MS).Whether OPP levels were associated with physical development indexes,including body weight,length,head circumference and chest circumference were examined using general linear models adjusted for potential confounders.Results OPP could be detected in all samples.The geometric mean values of uncorrected and creatinine-corrected OPP concentrations were 1.02 μg/L and 2.43 μg/g Cr,respectively.Children's exactly age and frequencies of washing hands were negatively associated with OPP levels.No significant associations were obtained between OPP concentrations in log-transformed and physical development indexes.However,considering sex difference,significant negative and positive associations were observed between OPP concentrations and head circumference among boys and girls,respectively.Conclusion The findings suggest that the children are widely exposed to the OPP at high levels in this county.Associations between OPP exposure and physical development are obtained differed by sex.Further epidemiological studies are required to more fully elaborate the issues.
