| 摘 要： | 治疗外感咳嗽,首要的是辨别外感病机,"得其机要,则动小而功大,用浅而功深"。肺一方面能将卫气和津液等布散于周身体表,温润肌腠和皮毛;一方面皮毛参与肺"一呼一吸,消息自然"的气体交换。肺外合皮毛的生理关系,决定了外感引发咳嗽的病理关系。正气强盛,邪不可干;外邪袭人致病,必乘其虚;寒暑湿燥火,多依附于风而侵犯人体,且多兼风夹气为患,故称"风为六淫之首,百邪之先"。内有伏饮,即是病理产物,也是致病因素,是易招外邪的内在原因;而究伏饮所由生,仍是之前遭遇六淫侵袭所致。学用伤寒经方治疗热邪伤肺咳嗽,要在辨别病机,循证辨因,对症选方,灵活用药,每可应手取效。 |
