运城农村乙脑媒介成蚊密度季节消长调查

目的开展乙脑媒介蚊种密度及季节消长凋查，科学防蚊灭蚊，预防乙脑。方法采用诱蚊灯法、帐诱法和人工小时法进行成蚊调查：结果全年共捕获雌性成蚊10644只，主要蚊种为淡色库蚊和三带喙库蚊，分别占42．73％和42．55％。全年平均蚊密度，猪场为11．73只／h，人房和户外为4．28和9．75只／h；季节消长趋势为单峰型，8、9月份为成蚊密度高峰期，峰值达34～89只／h、结论淡色库蚊和三带喙库蚊为当地主要优势蚊种，蚊密度较高，应加强监测和控制措施

Investigation on the seasonal decay trend of epidemic encephalitis B vector mosquito in the country of Yuncheng city

Objective To develop the investigation on the seasonal decay trend of epidemic encephalitis B vector mosquito,and provide scientific evidence for mosquito killing and epidemic encephalitis B prevention.Methods Using lamp baited trap method,human baited net trap method and human hours method.Results Totally 10 644 pieces of mosquitoes were caught.The species were Culex pipiens pallens and Culex tritaeniorhynchus,they occupied 42.73% and 42.55% respectively.The average denstiy in one year was 11.73 pieces per hour in pig farm,4.28 and 9.75 pieces per hour in individual hose and outdoors.The seasonal decay trend was single peak,and reached high peak in August and September.The peak valued 34~89 pieces per hour.Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens and Culex tritaeniorhynchus are the predominant species,and have high density.It is necessary to strengthen surveillence and control.
