善释补片腹股沟疝无张力修补术的体会

目的探讨善释补片在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的应用。方法对2006年6月至2009年6月采用善释补片行腹股沟疝无张力修补术治疗的125例患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果手术时间45～90min,平均50min,手术时间较传统疝修补术缩短15～25min,一般术后8h后可下床活动,住院时间5～7d,切口均Ⅰ期愈合,1例术后出现切口皮下积液,阴囊积液5例。术后切口疼痛轻微。随访80例,随访时间平均10个月,复发1例。结论应用善释补片行腹股沟疝无张力修补术,创伤小,术后疼痛轻,复发率低,操作简单,学习曲线短。

Clinical experience of EasyProsthesis mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia

Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical effect of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia.Methods The clinical data of 125 patients with inguinal hernia treated with mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty from 2006 to 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All operations were successful with little pain,all patients could get out-of-bed 8 hours after operation. Hospital stay was 5 to 7 days. In the average 10 months followed-up time,there was 1 case of recurrence,5 cases of scrotal hydrocele. Conclusions EasyProsthesis mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia is safe,simple,effective,and it is easy to recover.
