| 摘 要： | 目的评价微创经皮肾联合经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管多发结石的安全性和疗效。方法 2007年1月~2010年11月采用微创经皮肾联合经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管多发结石。结果Ⅰ期结石清除率94.4%(34/36),手术时间65～130min,平均86 min。1(侧)例穿刺后出血视野不清留置肾造瘘管,行Ⅱ期手术顺利取出结石。结论微创经皮肾结合经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管多发结石安全、有效、并发症少、结石清除率高,尤其适合合并肾结石及肾积脓者。 |
