烟台开发区农民代谢综合征患病率及影响因素分析

目的：调查烟台开发区城镇化农民饮食、生活习惯、代谢综合征患病率及危险因素。方法：对该地区693名居民进行饮食、生活习惯、健康指标统计，计算代谢综合征及相关指标患病率及代谢综合征危险因素。结果：代谢综合征患病率19.21%，其中高血压患病率30.48%，高血糖患病率14.80%，高三酰甘油血症患病率28.35%，多因素logistic回归分析发现年龄、缺乏运动、糖尿病家族史为MS的危险因素（P〈0.05）。结论：这一特定区域居民代谢综合征患病率较一般农村地区高，特别是高血压、高三酰甘油血症患病率偏高，应针对相关危险因素采取预防、控制措施。

Analysis of Prevalence Rate and Risk Factors of Metabolic Syndrome of Peasants in Yantai Development Zone

Objective：To investigate the diet,living habits,incidence and risk factors of metabolic syndrome （ MS） of the peasants in Yantai Development Zone. Methods：693 peasants’ diet、living habits、health indicators were analysed, the prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome and risk factors were calculated. Results：The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome was 19. 21%, the preva-lence rate of hypertension was 30. 48%、hyperglycemia was 14. 80% and Hypertriglyceridemia was 28. 35%. Multivariate logistic re-gression analysis were done to find that age, lack of exercise, family history of diabetes were risk factors of metabolic syndrome. Con-clusion：The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome were high in this area,and prevention and control measures should be taken ac-cording to the risk factors.
