中日两国护士职业态度的小样本比较研究

目的：比较中日两国护士职业态度的异同。方法：采用方便抽样法对两国护士进行小样本的调查。结果：两国护士职业态度均处于中等水平，总均分无统计学差异；工作压力及职业发展方向比较有差异，中国护士的主要压力为晋升，日本护士则为人际关系；中国护士的专业发展方向主要是“专科护士”和“护理管理者”。而日本护士半数以上选择“维持现状”。结论：要加强护士职业素质培养，引导护士树立积极的专业价值观，提供职业发展平台，不断提升护士的专业形象和社会地位。
