低剂量右美托咪定在乳腺癌手术术后胃肠道不良反应预防中的应用效果研究

目的探讨低剂量右美托咪定在乳腺癌手术术后胃肠道不良反应预防中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年10月来本院接受手术治疗的乳腺癌患者的98例为研究对象,按照患者的档案编号末尾数字单双号分为研究组和对照组,每组49例。对照组术前静脉推注利多卡因,研究组术前静脉泵注右美托咪定。两组患者均采用相同的麻醉方法。比较两组术后1、6、24 h VAS疼痛评分及胃肠道不良反应发生率。结果术后1、6、24 h,研究组VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组胃肠道不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前给予低剂量右美托咪定能有效缓解乳腺癌患者术后疼痛,预防胃肠道不良反应的发生,有助于促进患者身体恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of dexmedetomidine in the prevention of gastrointestinal adverse reactions after breast cancer surgery

Objective To study the effect of dexmedetomidine in the prevention of gastrointestinal adverse reactions after breast cancer surgery.Methods 98 patients with breast cancer who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into study group and control group according to the single and double numbers at the end of the file number,with49 cases in each group.Lidocaine was given intravenously in the control group before operation,and dexmedetomidine was given intravenously in the study group before operation.The same anesthesia was used in both groups.VAS pain scores and adverse reactions of gastrointestinal tract were compared between the two groups.Results VAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group at 1,6 and 24 hours after operation(P<0.05).The total incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose dexmedetomidine before operation can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of breast cancer patients,prevent the occurrence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions,and promote the recovery of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
