肩关节镜在肩袖损伤修补术中的应用

目的探讨肩关节镜下修补术在肩袖损伤中的临床效果。方法选取2014年5月至2019年5月本院收治的32例肩袖损伤患者,分为观察组(肩关节镜组)和对照组(开放手术组),每组16例。观察组采用肩关节微创手术方式,对照组采用传统开放手术方式,记录比较两组患者住院时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、切口长度以及手术前和术后6个月肩关节UCLA评分、日常生活能力评分、VAS评分。结果观察组住院时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、切口长度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后,两组UCLA评分、日常生活能力评分、VAS评分均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组改善更明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无论开放手术还是肩关节镜微创手术,术后肩关节功能及疼痛均明显改善,但肩关节镜微创组改善更明显,创伤更小,恢复更快,值得临床推广应用。

Application of arthroscopy in repair of rotator cuff injury

Obiective To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopy in the repair of rotator cuff injury.Methods From May 2014 to May 2019,32 patients with rotator cuff injury in our hospital were divided into observation group(arthroscopy group)and control group(open operation group),with 16 cases in each group.The observation group adopted minimally invasive operation of shoulder joint,while the control group adopted traditional open operation.To observe and compare the hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage,incision length and UCLA score,ability of daily living score and VAS score of the shoulder joint before and 6 months after the operation.Results The length of hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume and incision length in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).UCLA score,ADL score and VAS score were significantly improved in two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the improvement of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion No matter the open operation or the minimally invasive operation,the function and pain of the shoulder joint were significantly improved,but the improvement of the minimally invasive group was more obvious,the trauma was smaller,the recovery was faster,which was worthy of clinical application.
