摘    要:目的探究康复治疗物理治疗(physical therapy,PT)技术对痉挛型脑瘫患儿步行能力和粗大运动功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2017年8月于本院进行康复治疗的痉挛型脑瘫患儿50例作为研究对象,通过Bobath疗法和肌电反馈系统规律治疗6个月。于治疗前和治疗后3、6、12、18、24个月时应用10 m步行速度(MWS)以及粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM)中D(站立位)、E(行走、跑、跳)评估患儿步行能力以及粗大运动功能。结果治疗后患儿10 m速度和GMFM量表D区、E区得分均高于治疗前,且随着治疗时间的增加逐渐提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复治疗PT技术能有效提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿步行能力及粗大运动能力,值得临床推广运用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of physical therapy(PT)on walking ability and gross motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods 50 children with spastic cerebral palsy who received rehabilitation treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2017 were selected as the research subjects.They were treated with Bobath therapy and EMG feedback system for 6 months.The walking ability and gross motor function were evaluated by 10 m walking speed(MWS)and D(standing position)and E(walking,running and jumping)of gross motor function assessment scale(GMFM)before treatment and 3,6,12,18 and 24 months after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of 10 m speed and GMFM D and E areas were higher than those before treatment,and gradually increased with the increase of treatment time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PT rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the walking ability and gross motor ability of children with spastic cerebral palsy,which is worthy of clinical application.
