Research on the application of mobile medical WeChat group in the health management of patients after coronary stenting

Objective To explore the application effect of mobile medical WeChat group in the health management of patients after coronary stent surgery.Methods 136 patients who received PCI(with at least one stent implanted)in our hospital from February 2017 to November 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(n=64)and the experiment group(n=72)using a random number table method.The control group was given regular health education and education,and the experimental group used the mobile medical platform for education on the basis of routine education.The intervention effects between the two groups after 12 months of follow-up were compared.Results The high-density lipoprotein of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the rate of low-density lipoprotein and smoking was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after 12 months of follow-up,the systolic blood pressure of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group in the hypertensive group.The blood sugar of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the medication compliance of the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the physical health,physical function,and mental health scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of cumulative adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and the Kaplan-Meier cumulative survival curve between the two groups;the follow-up satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion With the help of the mobile medical WeChat group,the effect of systematic and targeted rehabilitation guidance for patients after coronary stent surgery was significant,which can effectively control the blood lipids,blood pressure,blood sugar and smoking of the patient,and at the same time can improve the awareness of cardiovascular disease related knowledge,medication compliance,ease the negative emotions of patients,and establish good doctor-patient relationship,which can be extended to follow-up management of other chronic cardiovascular diseases.
