Abstract:Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and magnetic resonance venous system imaging(MRVI)in intracranial venous sinus thrombosis.Methods 30 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to June 2019 who were clinically diagnosed with intracranial venous sinus thrombosis were selected.MRI plain scan was first performed,followed by MRVI scan and MRI enhanced scan,and the detection of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis were analyzed.Results 36 cases of venous sinus thrombosis were diagnosed by digital subtraction angiography.A total of 30 venous sinus thrombosis were detected after MRI scan,and the clinical detection rate was 83.33%(30/36).A total of 32 venous sinus thrombosis were detected after MRVI scan,and the clinical detection rate was 88.89%(32/36).A total of 34 venous sinus thrombosis were detected after enhanced scan,with a clinical detection rate of 94.44%(34/36).MRI plain scan and enhanced scan showed that there was no emptying effect in the venous sinus of the affected site,and there were mixed signals of thrombosis.In 8 cases,both T1WI and T2WI showed high signal.5 cases of T1WI showed slightly low signal,and T2WI showed low signal.Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging and venous system imaging can accurately diagnose intracranial venous sinus thrombosis.
