To investigate the effect of low dose sotalol and propafenone in the treatment of arrhythmia

Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose sotalol and propafenone in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods 60 patients with arrhythmia treated in our hospital from April 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with propafenone,and the observation group was treated with low-dose sotalol.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,QT dispersion data before and after treatment were detected,and adverse drug reactions during the treatment were recorded.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in QT dispersion between the two groups.After treatment,the QT dispersion of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose sotalol in the treatment of arrhythmia has significant effect,QT dispersion of patients is significantly shortened,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,with high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
