丙戊酸镁与喹硫平联合治疗双向情感障碍的临床观察

目的分析丙戊酸镁与喹硫平联合治疗双向情感障碍(bipolar disorder,BP)的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2020年2月本院收治的150例BP患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,各75例。对照组采用丙戊酸镁治疗,实验组采用丙戊酸镁联合喹硫平治疗,比较两组临床疗效、BRMS、PANSS、HAMD-17、TESS评分。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组BRMS、PANSS、HAMD-17评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸镁联合喹硫平治疗BP患者,能显著改善患者临床症状,减轻患者负面情绪,用药安全性较高,治疗效果显著。

Analysis of the clinical observation of the combination of magnesium valproate and quetiapine in the treatment of bi-directional affective disorder

Objective To analyze the effect of magnesium valproate combined with the quetiapine on bi-directional affective disorder(BP).Methods 150 patients with BP in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium valproate and the experimental group was treated with magnesium valproate combined with quetiapine.The clinical efficacy,BRMS,PANSS,HAMD-17 and TESS scores were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rateof the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there wassignificant difference in BRMS,PANSS and HAMD-17 scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium valproate combinedwith quetiapine in the treatment of patients with BP can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce their negative emotions,the medication is safer and the treatment effect is significant.
