The clinical effect of gastric mucosa protective agent combined with proton pump inhibitor in the treatment of peptic ulcer with bleeding

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of gastric mucosa protective agent combined with proton pump inhibitor(PPI)in the treatment of peptic ulcer with bleeding.Methods 100 patients with peptic ulcer and bleeding received by our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with PPI triple therapy(omeprazole+amoxicillin+metronidazole),and the observation group added gastric mucosa protective agent(Aluminium Phosphate Gel)on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.The total effective rate and HP eradication rate in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of abdominal pain relief,hemostasis and ulcer healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastric mucosa protective agent combined with PPI can rapidly eliminate HP,shorten bleeding,reliere abdominal pain and ulcer healing time,and has less adverse reactions and low risk,which is worth clinical promotion and application.
