The value of detection of pleural fluid and surem tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer

Objective To explore the value of pleural fluid and surem tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods From June2017 to June 201980 cases of lung cancer with pleural effusion patients in our hospital were selected as lung cancer group,and 80 patients with pneumonia,empyema,tuberculosis,and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were hospitalized during the same period were selected as the nonlung cancer control group.The changes in the levels of pleural fluid and surem tumor markers in the two groups were detected.Results Lung cancer group of hydrothorax tumor markers CEA,CA199,CA153,CA125 levels were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),in lung cancer group pleural effusion tumor markers area under the ROC curve>serum tumor markers of the area under the ROC project were CA199,CA153,CA125,SCC,CEA had similar area under the ROC curve of pleural effusion and serum tumor markers in the lung cancer group.Conclusion Pleural effusion(CEA,CA199,CA153,CA125)and serum(CEA)tumor markers have good application value in the diagnosis of lung cancer patients,and tumor markers in pleural effusion have higher auxiliary diagnostic value than tumor markers in serum.
