应用真武汤治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭效果与对患者满意度的影响分析

目的探讨应用真武汤治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭效果及对患者满意度的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月本院收治的88例心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=44,使用西药治疗)和观察组(n=44,在西药的基础上加用真武汤治疗),比较两组患者治疗前及治疗2个月后的中医证候积分、患者满意度。结果治疗前,两组患者各项中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗2个月后,观察组气短、动则喘甚、肢体浮肿或沉重积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为95.45%,高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05)。结论在西药的基础上给予心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者真武汤治疗,可以有效改善其气短等中医证候,有利于提升患者满意度。

Effect of Zhenwu decoction on chronic heart failure with deficiency of heart and kidney and its effect on patients' satisfaction

Objective To investigate the effect of Zhenwu decoction on chronic heart failure with deficiency of heart and kidney and its effect on patients’satisfaction.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,88 patients with chronic heart failure with heart yang deficiency were divided into control group(n=44,using western medicine)and observation group(n=44,using zhenwu decoction on the basis of western medicine).The scores of TCM syndromes and patient satisfaction before treatment and 2 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups.After 2 months of treatment,the observation group had lower scores of shortness of breath,movement,asthma,swelling of limbs or heavyness than the control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of the observation group(95.45%)was higher than that of the control group(81.82%,P<0.05).Conclusion Using Zhenwu decoction to treat patients with chronic heart failure with heart deficiency of heart kidney on the basis of western medicine can effectively improve their shortness of breath and other TCM syndromes,which is beneficial to improve patients’satisfaction.
