Effect of Qinghou Liyan Granules combined with Jinsang Sanjie Pills on voice recovery in patients with vocal cord polyp surgery

Objective To observe the effect of Qinghou Liyan Granules combined with Jinsang Sanjie Pills on the voice recovery in patients with vocal cord polyp surgery.Methods Selected 80 cases of vocalization disorder after vocal cord polyp removal under support laryngoscope treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 as the research objects,numbered them according to the order of admission,and divided them into control group(odd number)and observation group(even number),with 40 cases in each group.Afterwards,they were given conventional western medicine treatment.The observation group was given Qinghou Liyan Granules combined with Jinsang Sanjie Pills on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome scores,voice disorder index(VHI),computer voice analysis results,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 72.50%of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of TCM syndromes and the E,P,F,T scores in the VHI scale of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control(P<0.05),the energy of fundamental frequency perturbation,amplitude perturbation and glottal noise were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Qinghou Liyan granules combined with Jinsang Sanjie Pills can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with vocal dysfunction after vocal cord polyp surgery,reduce vocal dysfunction,promote voice recovery,and have fewer adverse reactions.
