Effect of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with flunarizine on the improvement of symptoms patients with ischemic stroke with Qixu Xueyu type

Objective To explore the effect of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with flunarizine on the improvement of symptoms in patients with ischemic stroke with Qixu Xueyu type.Methods From August 2018 to October 2019,56 patients with ischemic stroke with Qixu Xueyu type in our hospital were selected and divided into combination group and single-agent group according to the different treatment methods,with 28 cases in each group.The single-agent group was treated with flunarizine,and the combination group was treated with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction on the basis of the single-agent group.The traditional Chinese medical symptoms score,the rehabilitation and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medical symptoms score and NIHSS scores of the combination group were lower than those in the single-agent group(P<0.05),the CSI and MBI scores was higher than the single-agent group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with flunarizine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and neurological function of patients with ischemic stroke(Qixu Xueyu type),improve the daily living ability and promote rehabilitation.It is worth promoting in the clinic.
