82例老年患者腹部手术围手术期处理

目的 探讨老年患者腹部手术围手术期处理.方法 回顾性分析我院近年来收治的82例60岁以上含有合并症的腹部手术患者的嗣手术期临床资料.其中并存呼吸系统疾病38例(46.3%),心血管疾病31例(37.8%),糖尿病20例(24.4%),肝肾功能异常13例(15.9%),贫血、低蛋白血症15例(18.3%).结果 治愈80例,死亡2例,死亡率2.4%;术后并发伤口感染5例,肺部感染3例,心功能不全2例,伤口裂开1例,肠瘘1例.结论 老年患者术前合并疾病增加手术的风险,完善术前评估,加强围手术期处理,可提高手术的安全性,减少并发症的发生.

The perioperative treatment of abdominal surgery in elderly patients
