中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

目的 了解中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的临床疗效及可能的作用机制。方法 以口服补肾化瘀祛痰中药及西药二甲双胍,并采取控制饮食＋运动锻炼＋行为矫正法,治疗多囊卵巢综合征30例,6个月为1个疗程;观察治疗前后临床症状和体征（肥胖、多毛、痤疮及黑棘皮症）、血清雄激素及空腹胰岛素（FINS）的变化情况。结果 治疗后患者肥胖、多毛、痤疮及黑棘皮症评分值与治疗前比较均明显下降（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;血清睾酮（T）（P〈0.05）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）水平较治疗前明显下降（P〈0.01）。结论 采用中西医结合治疗的方法,可以显著改善多囊卵巢综合征患者的症状和体征,改善患者的卵巢功能。

Clinical study on effect of combining medicine of Chinese and western recipe in treating polycystic ovarian syndrome

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and the possible mechanism of combining medicine of Chinese and western on polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS）. Methods Using Bushen Huayu Qutan Recipe （BHQR） internally and melbinum externally, and using the method to control the meal,doing exercise and rectify the behavior, treated 30 patients with PCOS, six successive months treatment was regarded as one course. The clinical symptoms and signs, including obesity, polytrichia,acne and acanthosis were observed and scored before and after treatment ;and serum levels of hormones and Fasting Insulin （FINS） were measured as well. Results After treatment ,the scores of symptoms and signs of patients were significantly lowered （P〈0.05 for obesity and P〈0.01 for others）,significant lowering was also found in serum level of testosterone （P〈0.05）, Fasting Insulin （FINS）（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Effect of combining medicine of Chinese and western could not only significantly relieve the symptoms and signs of patients with PCOS, but also regulate well ovarian function.
