| 摘 要： | 目的 观察炎症因子C反应蛋白 (CRP)在经皮冠脉内球囊成型术 (PTCA)前后的变化。方法 回顾性分析PTCA术患者 14 5例及同期行冠脉造影患者 2 5 2例 ,分析其术前术后CRP的变化。结果 PTCA术后的患者CRP明显高于术前 (P <0 .0 1)。而冠脉造影组术前术后CRP则无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 PT CA术后的患者C反应蛋白明显升高 ,可能与PTCA治疗后局部血管炎症有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the effect of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA)on the serum levels of C-reative protein(CRP).Methods The data of 145 cases undergoing PTCA and 252 cases undergoing coronary angiography(CAG) were retrospectively analysed.CRP changes were analyzed.Results CRP level was significantly higher inpatients after PTCA than that before procedure(P<0.01).CRP level was not significantly higher than that before angiography(P>0.05).Conclusioin PTCA leads to a detectable increase in serum levels of CRP,which is probably related with the intrinsic inflammatory after PTCA. |
