| 摘 要： | 艾滋病免疫重建是指通过治疗使受损的免疫功能恢复正常或接近正常水平。西医高效联合抗逆转录病毒疗法（HAART）使艾滋病患者的免疫功能重建已经得到了证明，但其应用有诸多的局限性，因此促使人们寻求其他新的治疗方法来实现免疫重建。中医药在干预艾滋病免疫重建中显示出了一定的优势。通过对目前艾滋病免疫重建的方法、免疫重建的表现及含义、评价免疫重建的实验室指标的简要介绍及中医药干预艾滋病免疫重建的可行性及优势的分析，以期了解目前艾滋病免疫重建的研究进展，并提出了中医药干预艾滋病免疫重建的可能思路。
